About the University

Mansoura University is a leading public Egyptian university located in Mansoura, the capital of Dakahlia Governorate in the Nile Delta. Established in 1972, it is the only Egyptian public university accredited as an institution by the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education (NAQAAE). The university hosts around 200,000 students and employs about 8,000 academic staff. It comprises multiple campuses and specialized research centers. Mansoura University is nationally and regionally recognized for excellence in medical and health sciences, nanotechnology and materials research, environmental and water studies, biological and paleontological sciences, and digital transformation and smart systems.
