TERI SCHOOL OF ADVANCED STUDIES

Established in 1999, TERI School of Advanced Studies (TERI SAS) emerged from the pioneering research of The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI) in environment, energy, biotechnology, and policy. Located in Vasant Kunj, New Delhi, the University is dedicated to advancing sustainable development through research, education, and policy engagement.
With an interdisciplinary approach and a strong record of impactful research, TERI SAS addresses key challenges across natural resources, energy, environment, water, biotechnology, business, policy, and law. The University fosters innovation through active collaboration with industry and global academic partners.
Recognized nationally and internationally for its commitment to sustainability, TERI SAS is among the few universities in the world entirely devoted to creating knowledge and building capacity for a more sustainable future. With around 1,000 students and staff, the University offers diverse Undergraduate, Masters and PhD programmes.
